Amorim Cork Insulation’s Corksorb product is being tested in laboratory by our business partner Kelly Chemical Corp, in Taiwan, to create a water filtrating solution that is 100% natural.
Advantages on using cork as an absorbent:
- Natural products, compatible with a low-carbon circular economy, high-efficiency product with low total disposal cost,
- Mainly for hydrocarbons,
- Relatively harmless to the environment, reducing secondary pollution and post-stage biochemical treatment troubles.
